[Amber thinks of several different things to say. One, that she knows, so he's beating a dead horse. She doesn't need him to remind her of her own uselessness. And two, that she and House have been cooperating, if only distantly. But she knows that saying these things isn't going to change anything. She knows she has to stay strong. Giving in and letting him push her around, Sherlock won't give her anything.
But if she holds her ground, at least this one time, at least Watson will be forgiving.
