[He captures her lips in a kiss, lingering for a few moments before pulling back.]

-- mm. Being careful.

[furgood]

[An effective silencer for any trading remarks she might make but only as long as it lasts. At least she sounds a little breathless when he pulls back. ] Right, right, careful, that's what this is.

[devoutish]

[He raises an eyebrow at her, eyes dancing.]

Is it not?

[furgood]

Purrhaps. [Strokes a finger along her neckline one more time]

[devoutish]

We'll just have to stay very still.

[He wraps an arm around her waist, pulling her closer.]

You'll have to stay right here with me.

[furgood]

Clearly I'll have to. Anywhere else and we'll throw the boat off.

[She's trying not to smile but failing pretty hard] When we run aground, you get to fix the boat.

[devoutish]

I'll let you go if it comes to that.

[He peers past her shoulder.]

We are getting close, aren't we.

[furgood]

I did say that you know. Five minutes. But you can't take a tease. [She runs a hand down his chest and grins]

[devoutish]

Not when it's so tempting.

[He catches her hand, kissing the fingertips.]

[furgood]

[Her breath catches] That's usually the... you know, the point.

[devoutish]

All right, then I'm not patient.

[furgood]

[She taps her fingertips on his lips ] I can't mind too much, I was trying to get this reaction. A pouncing.

[Self satisfied for a second there ]

[devoutish]

Just wait till we're on dry land.

[furgood]

Why should I wait when you clearly couldn't. [There's a pause as she glances at the island, hums, decides she had enough time and squirms her way closer to press a kiss to his lips and his neck. If he'll let her at least ]

[devoutish]

[Oh, he'll absolutely let her. He tilts his head to give her better access, enjoying the attention.]

[furgood]

[Good good. She takes advantage of that, bracing a hand on his leg and tugging his shirt aside with the other. Soft teasing kisses are laid on whatever skin that exposes. Maybe a little nip or two.]

[devoutish]

[He groans as he reaches for her, his hands in her hair, and then his eyes flutter shut, and--]

-- Don't forget we're on a boat.

[He may be reminding himself just as much as her.]

[furgood]

[She nips at the space where his neck and shoulder meet, a little harder than before ] I can do plenty on a boat you know.

[devoutish]

Don't wanna hit the shore.

[He murmurs, moving his hands down to her waist and trying to lift her onto his lap.]

[furgood]

[ It's not the easiest position honestly, given the sail and everything else, but she seems equal to the task.
The kissing is abandoned in the effort though] Now you're the voice of reason.

[devoutish]

I've got to be contrary.

[He undoes the top few buttons of his shirt.]

[furgood]

I've noticed . I'm not apologizing if I stretched your shirt. [Watches with a hum, tapping her fingers in his shoulder]

[devoutish]

I won't complain.

[He ducks a finger under her own shirt collar, running it along her collarbone.]

[furgood]

Good cause you started it.

[Her eyes half close, watching him in a bit of haze and shifting a little on his lap. Her hand creeps up his shoulder to curl at the nape of his neck]

[devoutish]

[She'll definitely feel his jump in interest down there when she shifts, though he's polite enough not to mention it. He'll undo another of his shirt buttons, though.]
