[Alfie answers right away, but sounds sleepy.]

About your concussion?

Yes. [ Sorry, boyfriend-chan. Royce doesn't sleep as much these days. ] He told me there wasn't much to do for it other than take it easy. He didn't ask questions.

[devoutish]

"I'm not here to cause any trouble or get into anyone's personal affairs." [ Royce mimics, in Wilson's accent, too. ] He said. I saw him mention House. Do they know each other?

Yeah. Same world. Same hospital. Friendly enough, but they don't seem to be too close.

[ OH RIGHT. Right, you know, the whole sleep thing. Royce pauses, and then: ] Didn't mean to wake you. [ He's not tired, so he'll just lay here. Can't move much anyway, seeing as Emily has staked a claim. ] Call back when you're awake, if you want. Isn't vital.

[ He's awake! Emily has wandered off for the moment, so Royce makes himself comfortable on the bed he'd managed to drag himself up onto. It's going to drive him nuts not being able to move around, he's already restless. ]

Same world, same hospital. Wilson made it a point to stay neutral. I assume House has warned him about both of us, but didn't mention being killed.

[ Guess who has been thinking about this ALL NIGHT. ]

You think that's gonna change? Wilson came before House's death.

[bywolves]

House was back. By the time I died. [ That's getting easier to say. ] By the time I spoke with Wilson, House would have had time to tell him. I did not get the impression he did, but most of our conversation was through text, and I had a concussion.

I don't know enough about him to know if he's a good liar or manipulator.

I don't either. I'm going to watch. For now, he didn't ask questions. Better than Watson. [ He shifts, and makes a vaguely annoyed noise as his whole world sloshes around him. ] Still have that cough?

Still in the hospital, still can't walk. Holed up in a room away from the main floor.

She is. I think she might have broken records for how long one can talk without taking a breath.
