Yep. It very much is. Movies, books, plays... most of it still features a while male main character. Anything with women or people of color is still too rare. And always ends up in controversy. It's... frustrating.

I think...I feel like we know that. But it's more about being recognized - being treated as equals. Seeing the work that we do is as good as white people's. That we're capable of beauty, too. That we can be beautiful, too.
