Anyway, so the problem I see here is that nature is mostly just seen as in the way. People only really pay attention to what they're doing when a fuss is made about it, despite the fact they should consider it on an equal level to what they're doing with their planning for expansion and whatnot. [he feels a pang, knowing maxie would argue that with him. he finishes his drink and pours another.] Now, I'm not sayin' humans shoulder suffer or be forced into close quarters to preserve the nature around the city, but they still gotta be mindful that we were here after it all.

I can't reasonably hold everyone to that expectation. Some CEO cheats on his business expansion or waste disposal-- that's not your fault. You can't do anything about it. I could give some grand speech about how everyone can make a change and do their own thing, but honestly? In this imPort world? We got bigger problems. I'll do what I can, because that's how I feel, but most of us're just tryin' to fuckin' survive.
