I'll take one of the girls. Tifa will take the other. Wilson and House are moving further into the tunnels, I assume. Don't know. Haven't asked.

How's Emily? Frightened?

Mm. Not more than usual. She admits to being scared, but she told me she intends to harass House. So not paralyzing.

Mm. More worried about her than Kesara.

She's fine. She handled being on her own with Kesara well.

Kesara's putting her through her paces, is she?

She is. [ Royce sounds vaguely amused. ] Emily kept up. I think she may have surprised Kesara.

They're good girls, the both of them. Kesara will be good for Emily. Someone to look up to.

And Emily can be grounding for Kesara. [ Royce is fond of both of them and he's annoyed about it. It's evident in his tone. He won't say it, but they are good girls. ] I'm at least satisfied they haven't physically fought each other.
