I would. I hear the food's better and I'd like to check on those traps. But Sherlock's just come up from there. I'm not sure he'll want to head back down unless there's something there to catch his interest.

[The implication that where Sherlock wants to go is, of course, where John will be going, is left unsaid. Maybe once he's actually seen the other man, had a week or two to feel safe that he's real and not going anywhere, they can split up again. He'll likely wait until his hands are no longer paralyzed, as well.]
