There may not be a choice in these tunnels. There isn't a lot of room.

[ It makes sense. Royce has to swallow his initial response, though. He and Tifa just talked about this, and he needs to get past it. ]

I'd prefer to have you here. [ He says that with some difficulty. ] But you're right. May need food soon.

[devoutish]

[It's easier for him to say than it is for Royce.]

[ Royce is quiet for a long moment. ]

When we figure out what is on the other side of these tunnels, you should join us.

And if you need extra supplies then, too? You'll be in unknown territory.

Not going to make any progress if I keep having to move back and forth through the tunnels, Solomons.

[ He stops making his way through the snow and rotting wood to rest for a moment, and rubs at his face. It's been a long few days, and every so often the weariness hits him like a bag of bricks. ]

[ That's what he figured. He hates text, and he doesn't think it'll convey exactly what he wants to, but. Maybe it'll be easier to say this way. ]
