Single story. Couple of rooms. Not many windows. It's buried in snow, for the most part.

[ He's checking out the house as he talks, still soft, because he doesn't want anybody listening too closely. ]

Most windows blocked by snow. Front door and a back door. Easy enough to stay away from windows not blocked.

Remember the anomaly that came out of the snow before. Even the blocked windows might be less safe than they seem.

Mm. Not more than usual. She admits to being scared, but she told me she intends to harass House. So not paralyzing.

She's fine. She handled being on her own with Kesara well.

She is. [ Royce sounds vaguely amused. ] Emily kept up. I think she may have surprised Kesara.

They're good girls, the both of them. Kesara will be good for Emily. Someone to look up to.

And Emily can be grounding for Kesara. [ Royce is fond of both of them and he's annoyed about it. It's evident in his tone. He won't say it, but they are good girls. ] I'm at least satisfied they haven't physically fought each other.
